What photo can I use?

We accept any photo! For best results try select a bright, clear photo where the subjects (people or pets) are in the middle of the picture.

Struggling to decide on a photo? Upload 2 and our artists will pick the one they think will look best.

We offer portrait or landscape orientation on all our styles, sizes and frames. We will select whatever orientation the photo has been uploaded in unless requested otherwise. If requested, we can then rotate your image to fit your desired orientation.

What customisations can I request?

Text, background, remove people/objects, colours. We can also merge photos together.

Can I change my photo?

Do you do pets?

Yes, just order as normal!

Trouble uploading photo?

If you've come from a social media app (such as facebook), click the 3 dots in the corner and select 'open in browser' this should allow you to upload without any problems. Alternatively, open the website up on another device such as a desktop/laptop.

The Process

How does the approval stage work?

We will send your artwork to your email within 2 days of your order so that you can approve it before printing.

We want you to love your art so we also offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Simply suggest your changes in an email reply. Our artist will work with you until you are happy!

However, if we don't hear from you within 3 days then we will auto-approve it to avoid unnecessary delays.

Where is my artwork preview?

We send all customers an artwork preview via email within 2 days of ordering. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there either, please email us at help@yourperfectprint.com to let us know. Occasionally, customers provide us with an incorrect email address. If you think this may have happened, please email us to update it.

Can I see a preview before I order?

Due to the art being hand-drawn, we cannot offer a preview before ordering. However, we do provide a preview within 2 days of receiving your order. This allows you to work with our artists until you are happy, and if not, you can receive a full refund.

The Product

What is the 'digital' type?

We send your artwork in a high resolution JPEG file via email. You can then print this at home or at a local print shop. We optimise the file to be printed at your chosen size, so if you change your mind about the printing size, please let us know.

This is different to the 'digital copy', which is available to add in your cart if you are ordering a physical print. Please see the next question for further explanation.

What is the 'digital copy'?

This add on is for customers ordering a physical type (print, frame or canvas) and would like a digital copy of their artwork as well. We send this in high-resolution via email. Perfect for sharing on social media!

The digital copy option will appear in your cart once you've added a product. Alternatively, you can add it here.

This is different to the 'digital type', which is for customers who only want a digital version and not a physical print.

What is 'photo enhancement'?

We improve the quality of the photo(s) you upload using advanced AI software. It is available here or in your cart once you've added a product.

What is 'jump the queue'?

This puts your order at the front of the artwork queue allowing you to receive your preview quicker, typically within 24 hours!

Do you offer any other sizes?

Yes, we offer some sizes outside those listed (including ‘A’ paper sizes for some types). Please add your desired size in the notes section under the photo you upload, or email us and we will check if it is possible.

Are the frames & canvases ready to hang?

Yes - the print is placed within the frame & both have a mounting kit attached - ready to hang.

What finish/material is used?

Prints are made on semi-glossy museum-grade art paper.

Framed prints are made on matte (anti-glare) museum-grade art paper. Our frames are made from wood with a shatterproof & transparent plexiglass screen, and are ready-to-hang.

Canvases are made from FSC certified wood and come with a mounting kit.

If you would like your print with a matte finish instead of semi-gloss, just let us know; pricing remains the same. Alternatively, for framed prints, if you prefer a semi-gloss finish on the print instead of matte, though this can cause glare, please inform us.

Do you offer a gift note?

We can provide a gift note/message for those ordering a print or framed print. Email us what you'd like it to say. Unfortunately we cannot offer this for canvas orders at the moment.

Also please note we don't include receipts in the packaging so you can send the order straight to the gift recipient if you enter their shipping address at checkout.

Do you do gift cards?

Yes we provide online gift cards! Simply email us at help@yourperfectprint.com with the desired gift card value and we will help organise that.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Free - on all orders, to all destinations!

Where do you ship from and to?

We produce locally and deliver worldwide by collaborating with production centres across the globe. For example, if you are in the US, orders will be produced in the US.

Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a production centre exists within your country. However, custom fees (duties and import taxes) will never be required to be paid by anyone in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

Pricing

What currency do I pay in?

The currency displayed is your local currency. This is also the currency you will pay in. For example, if you are in the USA, the currency is USD$. To change your region or currency, scroll to the bottom of the page to the country/region selector.

Are there additional fees at checkout?

No! All prices displayed on the website include sales tax. There will be no additional taxes at checkout.

Are there custom fees?

Never for anyone in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Outside these regions custom fees are unlikely but possible.

How do I apply my discount code?

If you have a discount code you can apply it at checkout. Once at checkout, and if you are on mobile, click 'Show order summary' and a discount box will appear. If you are on desktop/laptop, the box will appear on the right hand side of your screen at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or get a refund?

We offer a money-back guarantee at any point before approval of the artwork. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your artwork preview, you can work with our artists untill you are happy or get a full-refund. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork is approved.

If your parcel is lost, damaged or contains a printing mistake, please contact us immediately so we can send out a replacement. We may ask for photos to assist with the claim. Please note we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.
