The Photo
What photo can I use?
We accept any photo! However, for the best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).
Want a photo merge? Upload one photo when ordering, then email us up to two more.
We offer portrait or landscape orientation on all our styles, sizes and frames. We will select whatever orientation the photo has been uploaded in unless requested otherwise. If requested, we can then rotate your image to fit your desired orientation.

What customisations can I request?
Add text, remove people/objects, merge photos and more! Request these in the text box that will appear under your photo once uploaded. Alternatively, email us at help@yourperfectprint.com
Can you merge my photos?
Yes - upload one photo when ordering, then email us up to two more afterwards.
For merging more than three photos, an additional cost applies. Please contact us for a custom invoice.
How do I order more than one artwork?
Option 1: Add your first photo to the cart. Then, close the cart, change your print type (if needed), click on your existing photo and select cancel to upload your new photo. Click add to cart again. Both products and photos should now appear in your cart.
Option 2: Place 2 or more separate orders.

Can I change my photo?
Yes - email help@yourperfectprint.com with your new photo.
Trouble uploading photo?
If you've come from a social media app (such as facebook), click the 3 dots in the corner and select 'open in browser' this should allow you to upload without any problems. Alternatively, open the website up on another device such as a desktop/laptop.
Another option is to email us (help@yourperfectprint.com) the photo and let us know what product, print type & size you would like. We can then send a link to pay online.
Do you do pets, houses or other scenery ?
Yes - please order as normal!
The Process
Can I see a preview before I order?
Due to the art being hand-drawn, we cannot offer a preview before ordering. However, we do provide a preview within 2 days of receiving your order. This allows you to work with our artists until you are happy, and if not, you can receive a full refund.
How does the approval stage work?
We will send your artwork to your email within 2 days of your order so that you can approve it before printing.
We want you to love your art so we also offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Simply suggest your changes in an email reply. Our artist will work with you until you are happy!
However, if we don't hear from you within 3 days then we will auto-approve it to avoid delays.
Where is my artwork preview?
We send all customers an artwork preview via email within 2 days of ordering. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there either, please email us at help@yourperfectprint.com to let us know. Occasionally, customers provide us with an incorrect email address. If you think this may have happened, please email us to update it.
The Product
What is digital download?
'Digital download' is not a physical product. Instead, we send your artwork in a high resolution JPEG file via email. You can then print this at home or at a local print shop. We optimise the file to be printed at your chosen size, so if you change your mind about the printing size, please let us know.
If you'd like a physical version, please select the 'fine art paper' or 'canvas' type instead.
If you have already ordered the digital download but would like to change to a physical version, please email us and we'll help you switch.
What is photo enhancement?
We improve the quality of the photo(s) you upload using advanced AI software. It is available here or in your cart once you've added a product.
What is jump the queue?
This puts your order at the front of the artwork queue allowing you to receive your preview quicker, typically within 24 hours!

Do you offer any other sizes?
Yes, we offer some sizes outside those listed (including ‘A’ paper sizes for some types). Please add your desired size in the notes section under the photo you upload, or email us and we will check if it is possible.
We can also do landscape or portrait orientation for all product types.
What materials are used?
Fine Art Paper: museum-grade paper with a matte finish applied for the Watercolour Portrait and Family Tree, and a semi-gloss finish used for the Photo Illustration.
Frames for Fine Art Paper: crafted from responsibly sourced oak or ash wood, they feature unique wood grains and have a shatterproof & transparent plexiglass screen.
Canvas: made using a cotton-polyester blend stretched over FSC certified wood bars. Canvases come with a mounting kit.
Frames for Canvas: crafted from responsibly FSC-certified or locally sourced poplar or pine wood.
If you would like your print with a semi-gloss finish instead of matte, just let us know.
Are the frames & canvases ready to hang?
Yes! Canvases also come with a mounting kit.
Do you offer a gift note?
We can provide a gift note/message for those ordering a print or framed print. Email us what you'd like it to say. Unfortunately we cannot offer this for canvas orders at the moment.
We don't include receipts in the packaging so you can send the order straight to the gift recipient if you enter their shipping address at checkout.
Do you do gift cards?
Yes we provide online gift cards! Simply email us at help@yourperfectprint.com with the desired gift card value and we will help organise that.
Can you print on other materials or clothes?
Yes! In addition to paper prints, wooden frames and canvases, we can offer metal frames, acrylic prints, foam prints, wood prints and more.
We can also print your design on clothing, hats, tote bags, cards, phone cases, and mugs.
Just email us what you would like and we will get back to you with more information (sizes, prices, delivery times).

Where do you ship to?
We provide free delivery in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe. By collaborating with production centres across the globe, we produce locally and deliver fast.
When will I receive my order?
Please see shipping times here.
Where are you based?
We use printing centers worldwide to produce orders as locally as possible. Occasionally, due to stock availability, we may need to produce an order outside of your country, but rest assured, delivery remains free and fast. Please note that local pickup is not available.
Pricing
What currency do I pay in?
The currency displayed is your local currency. This is also the currency you will pay in. For example, if you are in the USA, the currency is USD$. To change your region or currency, scroll to the bottom of the page to the country/region selector.
Are there additional fees at checkout?
No! There will be no taxes or fees at checkout.
How do I apply my discount code?
If you have a discount code you can apply it at checkout. Once at checkout, and if you are on mobile, click 'Show order summary' and a discount box will appear. If you are on desktop/laptop, the box will appear on the right hand side of your screen at checkout.
Are there any discounts available?
Ordering for the first time? Sign up to our newsletter (found right at the bottom of the page) and receive a 10% discount via email.
