I ordered a print for a first anniversary present for my daughter and son-in-law and can’t stress enough how fantastic the print, and in fact the whole experience, was. The print was stunning, the process was easy and fast, and I am over the moon!
Absolutely awful it was put wedding photo and part of my husbands head is partially covered and all down his left side of him is the same. Put it this way I couldn’t put that up on a wall !!
Hey Jan, I'm really sorry to hear that! We send all customers a preview so they can request changes to the artwork (or a refund) before production but unfortunately we never heard back.
I honestly couldn't be any more impressed with the print we received, it totally exceeded my expectation. The quality was fantastic, communication and delivery was totally on point. This was bought as a wedding gift and im more than positive that the married couple will love this!

I really was pleased with the end product. I didn't care for the initial draft and I told Laura I wanted more color and she did a great job. Delivery was quick and well packaged.
