I ordered a portrait as a secret santa pressie and it is brilliant. I can't wait for them to unwrap it!! . Communication was brilliant.
Great customer service, very responsive. The price is worth it and my wife loved/loves the portrait I got her. My portrait was expected to get here a couple days after Christmas which would have been fine, but instead got here a 6-7 days earlier. Very quick process, the wait wasn't long and I'll be ordering more soon!
I was very surprised how easy it was to sort out the picture and now it has arrived I am very pleased with the outcome.
The delivery by Evri was however a different matter and I was lucky to get the picture at all, just leaving something on an exposed doorstep is not good service. A change of courier could perhaps be a consideration.
Anyway getting back to the picture, it is a present for my wife and she won't be opening it until the 25th, but I will be very surprised if she is anything other than made up.
Give it a try, if your results are anywhere near as good as mine you will be pleased.

Print quality was excellent and on excellent quality paper so it was nice and sturdy.

I was really worried that the watercolour print wouldn't look right but WOW it was just right so please . The colours, the image enhancement everything was lovely.

Really enjoyed the ordering process and being able to edit unlimited times.
However I ordered 3 different pictures.
One came from Chatswood nice and flat and protected. But the other 2 came from Queensland both rolled up in one parcel.
I am needing to frame these myself and it is going to be difficult. I don’t think as much care was taken with the last 2 I ordered.
I would suggest continuing with the flat option

I absolutely love the way my print came out. I asked for a change and Laura replied right away. I was a little skeptical about the changes and if I would get it in time.
