For price paid, was looking for a better quality paper product than what was sent. I could have done the watercolor process myself, but thought paying someone else for it my end product would be better.
Disappointed with final product for $60, and still need to get it framed. Now will get it enclosed and matted under these circumstances.

I ordered a portrait as a secret santa pressie and it is brilliant. I can't wait for them to unwrap it!! . Communication was brilliant.
Great customer service, very responsive. The price is worth it and my wife loved/loves the portrait I got her. My portrait was expected to get here a couple days after Christmas which would have been fine, but instead got here a 6-7 days earlier. Very quick process, the wait wasn't long and I'll be ordering more soon!
I was very surprised how easy it was to sort out the picture and now it has arrived I am very pleased with the outcome.
The delivery by Evri was however a different matter and I was lucky to get the picture at all, just leaving something on an exposed doorstep is not good service. A change of courier could perhaps be a consideration.
Anyway getting back to the picture, it is a present for my wife and she won't be opening it until the 25th, but I will be very surprised if she is anything other than made up.
Give it a try, if your results are anywhere near as good as mine you will be pleased.
