The original photo was a black background and the artist was able to adjust it fully so That it popped and loomed elegant on the canvas. The couple and their dog all came out perfectly.

I was excited to send a watercolour portrait of my Nephew and his new wife from a photo taken at their wedding recently. "Laura' reached out to me and sent me a watercolour sample pic that she created. It looked fine but didn't appear that she put much effort into it. I had requested that maybe some additional colours be added as it was only white and blues if she thought that would enhance the picture. I left it up to her to decide what looks best. No feedback was given, just the original print was sent back for me to approve. I reluctantly went with it and hoped that in person it would look better. To my extreme disappointment, this portrait did not look good up close. It was better from a distance only. I really had to consider whether or not I would even gift this to my Nephew. I didn't want to throw it away. I hope he and his new bride have a sense of humor. This was just Meh. Wouldn't waste a penny on this business again. I'm sad about this 😞.

I ordered a watercolor portrait of my daughter’s wedding to send it as a gift for their anniversary. It turned out very pretty. Laura at the Perfect Print was very helpful and cooperative. Very happy with the service.
Loved the print we ended up with! Worked with them to get to colours I wanted before going to final print. One thing I will say based on price I expected the framing to be a bit better, felt like it was pretty cheap and something I could have gotten myself instead of paying for the extra to have it framed for delivery. Overall still loved the print though.
