Returns & refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee at any point before approval of the artwork. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your artwork preview, you can work with our artists until you are happy or get a full refund. Please note if we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will auto-approve it to prevent delays.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork is approved.
We cannot offer refunds when ordering the 'digital download' option but expect a physical copy. If you want a physical copy, please select the 'fine art paper' or 'canvas' type.
If your parcel is lost in transit, damaged or contains a printing mistake, please contact us immediately so we can send out a replacement free of charge. We may ask for photos to assist with the claim. Please note we cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address, or lost/stolen parcels after delivery has taken place. We are also unable to accept claims for damage reported 14 days or more after the delivery date.
