We send all customers a preview of their design via email within 2 days. Once the design is approved, delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.

What photo can I use?

We accept any photo! For best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).

What customisations can I request?
