We provide FREE tracked & insured delivery on all orders.

FAQs

What photo can I use?

We can work with any photo! However, for the best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).

Can I see a preview before I order?

Due to the art being hand-drawn, we cannot offer a preview before ordering. However, we will send an artwork preview within 2 days and work with you until you're 100% happy with the design.

What is 'digital download'?

We send your artwork in a high resolution JPEG file via email, allowing you to download and print it at home or at a print shop. If you would like a physical product, please select the 'print' or 'canvas' type.

What customisations can I request?

Add text, background changes, merge photos, remove people/objects, change colours, and more!

Request these in the text box that will appear under your photo once you've added it. Alternatively, email us at help@yourperfectprint.com

Thank you for you the beautiful photo illustration! The illustrator was efficient and made all the changes I wanted and it was exactly how I envisioned the illustration.

The illustrator did my photo over the Christmas / new years break early hours of the morning and for that I am so grateful. My friend absolutely loved it ! I would definitely like another illustration done in the near future and would highly recommend to anyone else !
