We send all customers a preview of their design via email within 2 days. Once the design is approved, delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you're not satisfied with your preview, you can work with our artists until you're happy or simply request a full refund.

What photo can I use?

We accept any photo! For best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).

What customisations can I request?

We received a digital copy of the painting and we had opportunity to make corrections before they were sent to production.
