The print was a beautiful watercolor rendition of a photo by the ocean … loved it

My picture turned out so Beautifully, I cried when I opened it! It is a picture of my husband and I when we married in 1993 and he has passed away. It’s hung in my room where I wake up to it everyday. Iam grateful for how wonderful it makes me feel looking at it! Thank you !

Great customer service

My experience with Laura has been faultless. From the very beginning she was extremely helpful. I was unable to upload the picture I wanted, she was straight onto it. The editing phase was so quick & then the printing even quicker. Unfortunately the postage service didnt hold up their end of the job & my package was handed to someone whom was not myself & it can now not be found. I reached out to Laura to see if she could expand & see if she could see who had signed for my delivery. There is procedures that need to be followed by the delivery company which could take up to 10 business days. This is a Wedding Anniversary gift so the timing isnt good at all. Laura offered a very sweet gesture for my inconvenience, however its not her fault & should not be out of pocket for the delivery services error. I hope its found soon & returned to me the rightful owner as I cannot wait for it to be displayed proudly in my home. Thank you Laura for going above & beyond in every aspect.

We had a pic of us with our two dogs. Both are gone now, but this helps keep them with us a little bit. Very nice

What a treasure! The artist really did address my concerns on the preliminary rendition. They were able to take the slogan off the t-shirt and make us both look great. I ended up having it custom matted and framed.
I’ll be giving these as gifts this Christmas.

Beautiful portrait, bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and partner and can’t wait for them to see it. Laura’s professionalism was second to none, emailed me 3 different samples when I wasn’t sure of colours, and the outcome was amazing. Have just ordered a second print for my other daughter. Would highly recommend.

Great service, great results. I asked for a couple of moderate changes, which were completed quickly and accurately. I know that I could probably have messed around with AI and got similar results, but it was worth paying for the speed, quality paper and framing. I also paid for a digital copy, but given that you are sent a copy to approve, it was probably not worth it, however I received my 'Perfect Print', so would recommend and may well use them again.
