How long will it take to receive my order?

We send all customers a preview of their design via email within 2 days. Once the design is approved, delivery time is typically 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

We offer a money-back guarantee at any point before approval of the artwork. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your artwork preview, you can work with our artists untill you are happy or get a full-refund. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork is approved.

What photo can I use?

We accept any photo! However, for the best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).

What customisations can I request?

Add text, background changes, remove people/objects, change colours and more! We can also merge photos together.
